Gear and differential oil change
Changed gear and diff oil today.
The ownersmanual says to change it every 48 months / 96000 km.
Mine has only 13000 miles on the meter but the car is a 2004. Probably not neccesary but with lots of trackdays and other hard use it’s a nice to know the fluids are fresh.
The manual says to use GL-4/5 75/80W-90 spec oil.
I ended up using Valvoline HP GL-5 LS 80W-90 because that was what Torshovbil.no had to offer.
No drama during the oil change.
This time I used a funnel and a plastic hose instead of a messing with a oil pump from underneath the car. No mess at all.
