Wrist pin to small-end clearance on Belfab rods

</div><div>There has been some discussion on the interwebz if the Belfab rods could be installed without honing for correct small end clearance.</div><div>All 4 rods of mine had to be honed out quite a lot for the 0.020 mm ~ 0.0008 inch clearance with the FM Wiseco pistons. It was not possible to get the pin into the rod by hand before honing. </div><div>I have no idea if the OEM or Supertech wrist pin has smaller diameter than Wisecos.</div><div>Anyways. That’s 650 NOK added to the $300 cost of the Rods. (Yes, thats 5 x the price of having it done in the US…)</div>
